Yes, in Ontario you need a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) to operate any motorized watercraft, including jet skis. You can get one online before your visit — it's a quick process. Let us know if you need help finding the right course.

You must be at least 16 years old to operate a jet ski in Ontario. Passengers can ride along with a licensed operator of any age. All riders must wear a Transport Canada-approved life jacket — we provide them.

Safety first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge. Light rain is usually fine — we'll reach out ahead of time if there's any concern about your day.

Yes. Every rental includes Transport Canada-approved life jackets for all riders and a safety briefing before you head out. We want you to have fun and come back safely.

Yes! Our jet skis are rated for 2 riders. The price is the same whether you ride solo or tandem — great for couples or a parent and kid riding together.

Yes. Pickup in Barrie or Innisfil is free and preferred. For delivery: within 50 km — $50; 50–100 km — $100; Toronto area — $150. We drop off at 8 AM and pick up at 8–9 PM each day. For multi-day rentals (5 days / full week), a dock or private waterfront is required for overnight storage — unless you rent both jet skis, in which case they stay on the trailer. We provide the lock.

We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred), cash, and credit or debit card via Square terminal. Note: a 2.65% processing fee applies to card payments — no extra fee for e-transfer or cash. Full payment is due at pickup/drop-off. The $1,000 security deposit is also collected at that time and refunded in full after return with no damage.

72+ hours before: Full refund, no questions asked.
48–72 hours before: 50% refund. The deposit can also be applied as credit toward a future booking.
Less than 48 hours: No cash refund, but we'll apply the full amount as credit toward a rescheduled date.
Weather cancellation by us: Always a full refund — we never charge for conditions outside your control.

Yes — the main renter and every additional driver must each sign a waiver before operating the jet ski. The main renter also confirms that no one will ride without having signed. This applies to all rental types and all add-on equipment.

If something goes wrong on the water, we'll replace the unit as quickly as possible. If no replacement is available, you'll receive a full refund for that day — and potentially a discount on a future rental. Our goal is to get you back on the water, not leave you stranded.

Every rental includes a full tank of gas (return at the same level), Transport Canada-approved life jackets for all riders, a safety kit on board, and a briefing before you head out. We're reachable by phone throughout your rental. Security deposit of $1,000 is collected on the day and fully refunded when the ski is returned undamaged.

We have 2 jet skis. That means availability is genuinely limited — especially on weekends and holidays. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.

We operate out of the Barrie and Innisfil area on Lake Simcoe — about 1 hour north of Toronto via Highway 400. The exact pickup point is confirmed when you book.
